As a teenager Ben started his media career as an actor in television working in shows such as Hollyoaks, Children's Ward and many others. This sparked an interest in the craft of film-making and a solid understanding of how sets work and what makes great direction. He grew up around his father's photography studio, and from learning medium format photography as a teenager he was hooked. After completing a BA in Film with Television Studies at Warwick University Ben switched to working in front of the camera. At Exeter University Ben has studied film-making at Masters and PhD. Ben's scholarship doctorate Digital Fluidity, is a work that combines new media theory and self-produced documentary films. He is obsessed with digital workflows and bringing technology and creativity together. In 2014 he moved from Devon to London and has quickly established himself as a self-shooter and content producer and director.
