Andrew is an award winning Dop with 23 years experience shooting documentaries and corporate projects all over the world.

Having started as a stills photographer then moving in special effects eventually I realised film was the perfect fit to capture the world around me.

Working in a diverse range of locations, internationally and in the UK, I have built up extensive experience working on projects for many of the top production companies and agencies in the UK. My work includes history, commercials, natural history, music, drama, art documentaries and titles for drama series. I have worked in over 40 countries shooting in -30 degrees in Canada to 45 degrees in the deserts of Qatar.

My enthusiasm, adaptability, professional knowledge and expertise have helped me create great content and reflect the aims and ambitions of the programme makers. I have developed skills in dealing with the complexities of working in challenging environments and situations as well as having extensive experience of working and connecting with people from all walks of life.

I have also worked as a professional photographer, shooting for international companies and produce my own more experimental personal work. I am also a City in Guilds qualified bricklayer and an FA level 1 youth football coach.
