Nick Walker

I'm a freelance sound recordist with over 25 years experience, based in the UK and living in Central London. I've worked all over the world, in every imaginable environment, and I'm as comfortable hiking through the Amazon or the Arctic as I am donning a tuxedo to film at Buckingham Palace.

I work mainly on documentaries, but also have a solid grounding in commercials and drama, and I've experience of pretty much every camera and recording device on the market from the Arri Alexa to the Zoom H1. I have two state-of-the-art multi channel hard drive recorders and all ancillary equipment, my standard documentary kit includes three radiomics and I can source as many more as may be required, at short notice.
