Observational Documentary

An incredible all access observational documentary covering the Iraq war as it unfolded with 8 embedded crews from the frontline to the under-ground command centre. Stuart Bruce was the sound mixer embedded right in the centre of the command centre documenting the conflict as it unfolded during briefings with the Secretary of Defence, Geoff Hoon, the Top brass of the Army, Navy and Royal Air force, in briefings with Intelligence Officers reporting back from behind enemy lines and updating command. The nerve centre of the Iraq war, the observational documentary required recording highly pressured situations with incredibly sensitive access with only one chance to record moments central to the war, watching troops be commanded and strategy formed for the allied coalition to overthrow Saddam Hussein.
