This series took us from the Peak District to Benidorm via Cardiff and the Isle of Wight, following the adventures of Nish Kumar and Josh Widdecombe as they attempted to land a front page scoop in local newspapers.

Acting as second recordist alongside the more experienced and jolly nice Sean Smith, I doubled up as an assistant. The nature of the show meant that I had to be ready for anything as Josh and Nish dashed from pillar to post in search of a story, like modern day Anneka Rices (who incidentally made an appearance in the show). We dealt with knee-deep mud, blistering sun, freezing wilderness and the World Gurning Championship at Egremont Crab Fair.

Needless to say, we laughed all day and had the best time. As Mark Twain said... "Find a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life".
