Camera assistant, focus puller and additional photography for a fun, innovative and ambitious natural history series, bringing to life the creatures of the undergrowth, drawing inspiration from narratives and characters of Disney animation 'A Bug's Life'.

This project assisted in many ways with a mission of filming the intimate social lives of tiny social insects. Primarily focus puller and moco control, alongside supporting the DOP wherever possible. I was challenged with tracking behaviour of individuals, pulling focus on tiny individuals and creative pulls, through the hustle and bustle of daily activity, alongside operating motion controlled specialist macro slider gantry and creatively lighting rainforest scenes.
