Working as an assistant and second shooter in a remote, hostile part of Zambia in 35+ degree heat. Primary role was to support the DOP however was needed, be that lens changes and battery changes, focus pulling, set dressing and blue screening. I was also responsible to making sure all kit prepped and ready for the next day, it was healthy and well maintained, keeping the equipment alive and well in such a hostile climate!

Alongside my assistant role, I was regularly shooting additional photography for VFX plates, gvs, cutaways, detail shots and lighting and shooting for night sequences. A big part of this role was also star timelapses.
