Having worked on Escape to the Country for a number of years I have been fortunate enough to travel to some incredible locations and meet some great people. I have developed a great relationship with the regular presenters and am very good at working with nervous first time contributors.

As well as searching for properties the show also takes the presenter and contributors to a local attraction in order to showcase the area. Over the years this has meant that I have been challenged with recording sound whilst climbing, caving, sailing, paddle boarding, and onboard a variety of aircraft. I have equipment that allows me to record in all these environments and have developed my own techniques to ensure the sound captured is as good as possible.
