I have filmed Countryfile across the UK: from the the Vallies in Wales, the Scottish Highlands to the Cornish coast. Filming cows being milked, which can get a bit dirty if you're not careful; on fish farms off the Scottish Western Isles; in Norfolk havesting reed for thatching.
