An exciting opportunity to DOP 2nd Unit of Drama recon for this great history show about the Legends of Pirates.

To put it simply we spent a week in Cornwall with an excellent crew playing Pirates. All departments pushed themselves to the max to create something special. We had some incredible locations to work with from castles to ships out at sea.

The toughest days being those out at sea. Filming our Legends exploring across the waves, and my 2nd AC making sure I didn't go overboard.

Alongside the recon I shot some of the expert interviews, giving my a well rounded look into Pirate life.

The series has recently released on Nat geo in the US and coming to the UK soon.
