Fast-Paced Obs-Doc filming in a Michelin-starred Kitchens, tracking the progress of a humble cafe worker attempting to cut it as one of the culinary Elite.

Keeping sweet with the Chef, Tom Sellers, was the greatest challenge on this shoot, convincing him to stick with the filming and his new hire in a claustrophobic kitchen during seven days of full service.

We got it done, transitioning to the Côte d'Azur for the final scene, convincing another restaurant that our contributor was a real member of Tom's staff.
