Head of Production / Production Exec Support

Many indies don't need a full time Head of Production or Production Exec but that doesn't mean you don't need some support or advice from time to time. I can offer flexible support - it could be regular days or just being there when you need me on the end of a phone/zoom or in person. Whether its negotiating with broadcasters or distributors, recruiting and managing production teams/PMs or writing budgets and schedules I can help.
